Prime Rib Roast

This cut has superior flavour, texture, and juiciness above all other cuts of beef.  It is an impressive centrepiece for a dinner party, and a fantastic cut for grilling or smoking if you aim to impress.  The prime rib cut comes from the beef rib primal cut, which is located at the back of the cow.  Specifically, it is taken from the rib section between the sixth and twelfth ribs.
