The T-Bone and the Porterhouse: two very different names for two very similar steaks. The T-Bone steak is an excellent opportunity to eat two different cuts in one steak. You can enjoy the mild taste of a very tender filet and, at the same time, enjoy the beefy flavour of the New York strip. The Porterhouse is a bigger version of the T-Bone, with a significantly more significant portion of filet meat. These large steaks are best grilled rather than pan-cooked; whether you use charcoal, gas or a wood smoker, the taste will be incredible.
